FDA Finds Cialis Drug In Herbal Product

We’ve noticed that sometimes what is happening is that a reputable trader in a country like the United Kingdom or the United States will simply import what they genuinely believe to be a natural and harmless erectile dysfunction remedy from say China or India. These companies may well be importing other things like green tea ginseng and other herbal remedies that are known to help people with all kinds of ailments and illnesses. What is happening however today is that some unscrupulous Chinese and Indian companies will lace their products with illegal drugs such as sildenafil [which is the active ingredient in Viagra], or sibutramine [which is the active ingredient in Reductil] and then pass them off as natural when they clearly are not.
The most recent case of this than we have come across involves a company called Cosmos Trading which was importing a product called Rhino Max that was supposed to help men who lacked sexual vigour and wanted a boost. However following FDA testing of this product it was found to contain something called aminotadalafil which is very closely related to Tadalafil that is the active compound in the erectile dysfunction drug Cialis that is made by Eli Lilly. It should also be noted that this chemical aminotadalafil has not actually been tested in humans in the same way that Tadalafil has and therefore could be extremely dangerous on its own.
Cosmos Trading immediately issued a recall on this entire product Rhino Max and obviously will not be dealing with the company that sent it to them anymore. The dangers of using these medications cannot be underestimated as for example a man who had been taking nitrates for a heart problem and who had innocently stumbled across Rhino Max could well have ended up dead as his blood pressure would have fallen to fatal levels.
